Sean Patrick Lill

LILL, Sean Patrick, 46, died on March 21 in New York City where he had resided for several years. Born in Johnstown, PA on August 19, 1973 to James J. Lill, Jr. and Roxanne (Graham) Valentine. Preceded in death by his father, paternal grandparents James J., Sr. and Edith Lill; maternal grandparents Donald and Barbara Graham, and infant nephew Daniel James Lill. Sean is survived by his mother, New York City; his son Brennan Lorditch; his brother and sister in law Rev. Scott J. and Shelley Lill, nieces Anna and Clare and nephew Thomas Lill, all of Lilly. In his time, Sean was an accomplished tennis player and worked over the years as a carpenter. He felt most at home outdoors amidst the beauty of God’s creation and loved exploring National and State parks across the country. He loved music and was an avid fan of the Grateful Dead who spent much time playing guitar in recent years and expressing himself through the songs he wrote. Above all, he was a disciple of Jesus who held onto his Catholic faith even as he struggled to find his way through this life. Given the current circumstances, funeral services will be private. Please pray for the repose of his soul and for the liberation and healing of all those who struggle with drug addiction. In his memory, contributions may be made to Our Lady of Mt.
