Ciokota, Scott M., 50, of Portage, passed away December 28, 2024 at Memorial Medical Center. Born September 3, 1974, in Johnstown, the son of Constance A. Ciokota. Deceased family members include his mother; uncles, Frank Ference and Michael Ciokota; and cousin, Kelly (Ference) Brown. Survived by aunt Judy Ference; uncle Jake (Donna) Ciokota; cousins, and friends. He was employed at Pro Disposal. Scott was a member of the Sons of the AMVETS and he enjoyed spending time at the AMVETS and with his family. Services and interment will be private.
