Sarah L. (Huff) Kostan

Kostan, Sarah L, 79, passed away June 7, 2018 at Windber Hospice. Born September 5, 1938 in Adams Twp, daughter of George Cleavland and Thelma Grace (Costlow) Huff. Deceased family members include her parents and husband Joseph G. Kostan II. She is survived by her children: Kenneth (Alice Christ), Martindale; Bernadette (Bruce) Chappell, Portage; Joseph (Adriana), France; Patricia (Tracy) McVicker, South Fork; and Stacy (Scott Townsend), Ebensburg. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, Jessica (George) Hill, Jeremy Chappell (Christy Remus), Dillon and Cody McVicker, Gabriel and Aurelia Kostan, and two great grandchildren; Autumn McVicker and Ava Hill. At Sarah's request, there will be no viewing or visitation. The Kostan Family is being served by the Serenko-Claar Funeral Home, PC, Portage.
