Bulinsky, Robert Charles, 82, Lilly, Washington Twp, passed away June 23, 2020 at home. Born July 14, 1937 in Portage, the son of Charles and Anna (Waxmunsky) Bulinsky. Deceased family members include his parents, sisters, Stella Bulinsky, Helen Redman, Kathryn Cave, Barbara J. Carter, and Mary Bulinsky; brothers, John, Charles, Peter, and Frank Bulinsky; and sisters-in-law, Anna M. (Tutsock) Bulinsky; and Josephine (DeGuilio) Bulinsky; nephews, Rick Carter and Paul Clapper; and niece, Naomi Bulinsky. Survived by sisters, Dolores wife of John Wilson, Alexandria, VA; Frances wife of Gean Paul Clapper, Tabor, IA; and nieces and nephews. Graduated from Lilly Washington High School in 1955. He was an Army Veteran attending Basic Training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina; served as a personnel specialist in the 1st Battalion 14th Armed Calvary Regiment, stationed in Fulda, Germany, and then was discharged from Fort Dix New Jersey with a good conduct medal. Graduated from George Washington University with a degree in Business Management in Accounting. He lived in the Washington, D.C area and then retired and moved back to Pennsylvania. Member of the Benscreek WildLife Association, Bear Rock Sportsmen, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, tying flies and was a huge conservationist. Friends received from 5:00-8, Monday at the Serenko-Claar Funeral Home, PC, Portage where Parastas will be sung at 5:15 p.m. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Tuesday at Ss. Peter and Paul Byzantine Church, Portage. Father James Spontak, celebrant. Committal in Ss. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Portage. Military Funeral Rites by the Portage Ritual Team.
