Robert A. Boreck

Boreck, Robert A., 91, of Cassandra, passed away April 26, 2023 at Maple Winds Care Center. Born April 14, 1932, in Cassandra, the son of Stephen and Mary (Thor) Boreck. Deceased family members include his parents, and sister, Mary Elizabeth. Survived by wife, Louise; daughters, Shari Ann and husband Russell Nelson, and Robin, and husband Michael Gehling; and grandchildren, Heather, Kaitlyn, Stephen, Robert, and Nicole. Brother of, Larry Boreck, Sr. He served in the U.S. Army. Retired from Sunshine Biscuit in New Jersey. He enjoyed watching sports and spending time with his friends and family. Friends received from 9-10 a.m., Saturday at Serenko-Claar Funeral Home, PC, Portage, where funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., with Father Thomas Stabile officiating.
