Skelly, Raymond, B., 55, of Portage passed away, August 2, 2023 at Memorial Medical Center. He was born  April 5, 1968 in Colver. He is survived by his mother Mary Ann, wife of Robert "Mike" Welcher; Brother; Chuck (Sandra Farabaugh) Skelly, Wife; Zoeann Skelly, Children; Alex, Lorraine, and Anna. Grandchildren; Raelynn and Jonathan. Nephews; Charles and Nicholas, and great niece; Lillian. Stepsister; Robin (Nathan) Fochtman, step nephew; Lance, step niece; Shay, and step great nephews; Ashton and Everett. U.S. Navy veteran. Raymond enjoyed fishing, and driving his truck. He worked as a truck driver for numerous companies. Friends received from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at Serenko-Claar Funeral Home, PC, Portage, where funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Pastor Jerry Zuvers officiating.
