Bachtell, Phyllis L., 87, Portage, passed away October 19, 2018 at home. Born May 20, 1931 in Portage, the daughter of Alton and Delilah (Ritchey) Bachtell. Deceased family members include her parents, and son, Cory Seifert. Survived by daughter, Jill Rudolph and companion of 38 years Stephen Mastovich; grandsons and great grandchildren. Retired from the office on Aging. She enjoyed her pets and going to Senior Life. Friends received from 10 a.m. until time of funeral services at 11 a.m., Tuesday at the Serenko-Claar Funeral Home, PC, Portage. Pastor Art Black, officiating.
