Patricia H. (Davis) Behe

Behe, Patricia H., (Davis) 78, Cresson (formerly of Lilly) passed away at home on April 20, 2022. She was born in Lilly on June 7, 1943 to Raymond and Ruth (Rainey) Davis . Preceded in death by husband of 52 years Joseph E. Behe; sisters Beverly Noel, Elaine Conway and Carolyn McCloskey. Mother of Joseph R.  and wife Glenda, TN; Kevin, Lilly; Kimberly and husband James McConnell, Lilly; Diane and husband Fred Sauger, Colver; and Harry whom she cared for and supported at home since birth and they shared a special bond. Also grandchildren: Kevin, Michael, Bradley, James, Allison, Jerod, Courtney, Randy and Josh. And 6 great grandchildren. Sister of Jane Beers, MD; Ronald, NY: Diane Nagle, Gallitzin; Linda (Denny) Eckenrode, Lilly; and Gloria (Terry) McGarry, Cresson. Godmother to Angela (Lee) Gailey;  Mackenzie Yarnell; and Joshua Hodgson. Also aunts, uncles, brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, numerous nieces and nephews. Retired from Mount Aloysius. And was volunteering with Foster Grandparents at Lilly Grade School where the children called  her “Grandma Pat”. She loved getting to know each teacher and the children and spending time with them. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends; attending bingo on Monday night at St. Francis; gambling; crocheting (especially baby blankets); attending church services; praying the rosary; and watching the Pittsburgh sports. She was a member of Our Lady of the Alleghenies in Lilly. Special thanks to Winder Hospice for helping care for our mother during her final days. Any monetary gift will be used to assist with Harry’s future needs. Friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Monday, at the Serenko-Claar Funeral Home, PC, Portage. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 am Tuesday at Our Lady of the Alleghenies Catholic Church, Main Street, Lilly. Father Matthew Reese celebrant. Committal in St. Brigid's Cemetery, Lilly.
