Nancy Mae Skrout

On Wednesday October 21, 2020, Nancy Mae Skrout passed away at the age of 87 at home in her family's care. Nancy was born and raised in Wilmore, PA; the daughter of Harry and Nannie (Sickles) Jones. She was the mother of Brian (Linda) Skrout and Lisa Kline. Nancy retired to Cresson, where she became a very special friend to so many. She is survived by her children and grandaughters; Courtney, Laken, Holli and Heidi. She had a very special bond with her great-grandchildren Tyler, Parker, Brayden and Presleigh whom she loved dearly. Nancy is also survived by her sisters Harriet, Evelyn, Georgia and brother Morris. She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Mary Carol and her dear sister Ann. Nancy's family would like to give a special thanks to Jim of Asera Care, the doctors and nurses at Good Samaritan and Laken for her special, loving care. Services and burial will be private. The Skrout family is being served by the Serenko-Claar Funeral Home, PC, Portage.
