Mary Yetsko

Yetsko, Mary, (Ligda) 86, Summerhill, PA, passed away on January 29, 2018 at Maple Winds Care Center. Born March 31, 1931, in Portage, the daughter of Andrew and Justina (Matejcik) Ligda. Deceased family members include her parents, husband, Nicholas Yetsko, son, Mark Yetsko, brothers and sisters, Ann Stanchek, John Ligda and Doris Etienne. Survived by daughter, Karen; wife of Robert Cehelnik, Portage. She will be sadly missed by grandchildren, Robert, Candice, Matthew, and Patrick; and great-grandchildren, Caitlin, Ethan, and Audrey. Sister of Marge Robine and Andrew Ligda. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She enjoyed canning, reading and crocheting and was an avid gardener. Friends received from 4-8 p.m.,Thursday at the Serenko-Claar Funeral Home, PC, Portage, where Panachida will be sung at 4:30 p.m., Divine Liturgy will be held at 12 noon Friday at Ss. Peter & Paul Byzantine Catholic Church, Portage, with Fr. James Spontak, Celebrant. Entombment in Sacred Heart Mausoleum, Portage.
