Mary J. (Wilson) Spalla

Spalla, Mary J. (Wilson), 98, Portage, passed away October 11, 2019 at Cambria Care Center, born April 7, 1921 in South Fork, the daughter of Leo and Ruth (Fisher) Wilson. Deceased family members include her parents, husband, Stanley Spalla; brother, Michael; sister, Anna Berkhimer; and granddaughters, Christina and Melanie Spalla.  Survived by children, Paul Spalla, Indiana; Anna wife of Richard Bollman, Portage; Richard Spalla and wife Patricia, Portage; Michael Spalla and wife Patricia, Ebensburg; 8 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; and sister, Theresa Mallin, Johnstown. She enjoyed traveling, gambling, and playing bingo and was very active in the Ladies Auxiliary of the Portage Vol. Fire Company.
