Margaret A. (Ciokota) Timura

Timura, Margaret, 95, of Portage passed away March 14, 2019 at Meadow View Nursing Center in Berlin, PA. Born June 17, 1923 in Portage, the daughter of John and Mary Ciokota. Deceased family members include her parents; husband, Paul Timura; brothers, Michael; John; Andrew; and Joseph Ciokota. She is survived by her son, Paul E. Timura and wife Patty of Belmont, OH; grandchildren, Michael; Thomas; and James Timura; step-grandchildren, Sherri Renshaw; Paul Waryck; and Jo-ella Pauley; 10 step-great-grandchildren, and 3 step-great-great-grandchildren. Margaret worked as a seamstress and supervisor at Puritan Foundation for many years and lastly worked at K & B Sportswear. Friends received from 6-8 p.m. Monday at the Serenko-Claar Funeral Home, PC, Portage.  Office of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday  at Ss. Peter & Paul Byzantine Church. Fr. James Spontak, Celebrant. Committal in the church cemetery.
