Lauffer, Janet M., (Oatman), 79, Portage, passed away March 4, 2023 at Memorial Medical Center. Born December 18, 1943 in Johnstown, the daughter of William Sr., and Julia (Cehelnik) Oatman. Deceased family members include her parents, husband, Harold Lauffer; brothers, David, Thomas and William Oatman Jr., Charles, James, Daniel and Jerry Koshak, Sr. and sisters, June Rose Koshak and Julia Fields. She is survived by her sons, Jeff and wife, Debbie, and Jerry Lauffer; grandchildren, Jeannette, Alyssa, Darien, Liz, and Aaron. Sister of Timothy Oatman and Mary Passinault. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She enjoyed going to bingo with her friends, camping, and listening to polka music. Friends received from 9-11 a.m., Tuesday at the Serenko-Claar Funeral Home, PC, Portage where funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday. Pastor Jerry Zuvers, officiating.
