Donna M. (Kephart) Chapman

Chapman, Donna M. (Kephart), 75, of Portage, passed away August 1, 2021 at home. Born April 9, 1946 in Philipsburg, the daughter of Milford and Elizabeth (Finney) Kephart. Preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Sharon. Survived by; loving husband of 54 years, Irvin W. Chapman; and daughter, Sheila, wife of Tobin Stombaugh, Blue Knob. Sister of Garry Kephart and wife, Pam, Osceola Mills; and Debra, wife of Mark Yarger, New Castle. Also survived by aunt, Alfretta Larson and her husband, Lars. Retired registered nurse from Memorial Medical Center with 25 years service and finally retired from nursing with 43 years service. Donna enjoyed sewing, canning and teaching Sunday School for many years. A special thank you to the 365 Hospice for their exceptional care. Friends received from 4 to 8 p.m., Wednesday at the Serenko-Claar Funeral home, PC, Portage. Friends also received from 10 a.m. until time of funeral services at 11 a.m., Thursday at Martindale Alliance Church. Pastors Ryan Legg, and Ed Jelliff, Officiating. Committal in Mt. Moriah Cemetery, Blue Knob.
