Donald Hazlett

Hazlett, Donald, 78, Portage, passed away January 17, 2021 at UPMC Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born July 12, 1942 in Portage, the son of Kenneth and Grace (Stombaugh) Hazlett. Deceased family members include his parents, brother William L. "Bud" Hazlett, Sr. and infant son Eric Hazlett. Survived by loving wife of 55 years, Mary Ann (Oklamchak) Hazlett, daughter Wendi, wife of Mike Kunko and granddaughter Emily Kunko. Also survived by sisters in law Shirley Hazlett and Jeanne (Mike) May; brother in law John (Becky) Oklamchak and several nieces and nephews.  Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. Retired Senior Account Executive from Gooding-Shields Inc., Pittsburgh. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, cooking, and watching sports; especially the Steelers and Pitt Panthers. Viewing will be private for the family. Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Thursday at Holy Family Parish, Portage. Fr. Tom Stabile, celebrant.
