Deborah Ann (Niper) Chappell

Chappell, Deborah Ann (Niper), 60, Portage, passed away on February 22, 2021 in the arms of her son after a short battle with cancer. Born August 2, 1960, the daughter of Harold "Buster" and Catherine "Peg" (Flynn) Niper. Deceased family members include her parents and husband Ronald Chappell. Survived by significant other Andrew Pettit of Conway, South Carolina; son Todd (Victoria) Niper of Portage; daughter Joyce (Robert Plummer III) of Salcha, Alaska; grandchildren Todd Niper (Angel Ports) and Emily Niper of Portage; Jordan Niper and his fiancé Reagan Loftus of Fairbanks, Alaska and Tyler Plummer, Jeremiah Plummer, Sarah Plummer, Abigail Plummer, Canaan Plummer and Josiah Plummer of Salcha, Alaska. Sister of Harold (Janet) Niper of North Carolina; William (Sharlene) Niper of PA; Chester (Bonnie Harteis Miller) of South Carolina and Donna (Don) Barger of PA.
