Husar, Amber Nadine, 31, of Indiana, formerly of Portage, Born, September 1, 1988 in Tulsa, OK, the daughter of Paul and Melissa Husar and Roxann Green and Scott Yon. Preceded in death by numerous grandparents and aunt.  Survived by children, Tearza, Grace, Isabella, and Steven. Fiancee, Doug Hutchins:Sister of, Paul (Brittany), Bryan, Jesse, Quincy, Megan, Ashley (Matt), Sylena, and Eric. Numerous nieces, nephews, Aunts, Uncles and grandparents.   Family will receive friends from 2-8 p.m. Friday, at the Serenko-Claar Funeral Home, PC, Portage, where funeral services will be at 8 p.m., Friday; Pastor Jerry Zuvers officiating.
