Alfred T. Grobosky Sr.

Grobosky, Alfred T. Sr., 91, of Portage passed away  May 31, 2025. Born November 9, 1933, the son of John and Helen (Dutkosky) Grobosky. Deceased family members include his parents, sister Margaret Testa, brother Walter Grobosky and daughters Donna Shandor and Shirley Costlow.  He is survived by his wife of 72 years, Mary (Luszik) Grobosky; son Alfred Jr. (Nancy), daughter Judy (Tim) Fleegle and son-in-law Paul Shandor. He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Tim and Emily Fleegle, Jessica and Keith Marshall, Michael and Renee Shandor, Lindsay and David Bodenchatz, Michelle Bodenchatz; and great-grandchildren Layla Miller, Wes Marshall, William and Alex Bodenchatz. Friends received 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Saint Bartholomew Catholic Church, Wilmore where Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Father Joseph Nale, celebrant. Committal in Saint Bartholomew Cemetery. The Grobosky family is being served by the Serenko-Claar Funeral Home, PC, Portage.
