Patrick Aungst

Aungst, Patrick, 50, Portage, passed away August 19, 2018 at home. Born May 21, 1968 in York, PA. The son of Michael and Mary Ann (Raptosh) Aungst. Deceased family members include his maternal grandparents Andrew and Ann (Gides) Raptosh; paternal grandparents George Aungst Jr. and Helen Louise Coppersmith Aungst. Survived by parents, brothers Gregory Aungst and wife Harmony, Valley City OH; and Michael Aungst and wife Tonie; Las Vegas, NV; sister Lisa, wife of Ryan Shields of New Milton, WV. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as aunts and uncles. Patrick enjoyed hunting and fishing and was an avid Penn State fan. He was a member of Holy Family Parish in Portage. Friends received from 6-8 PM, Wednesday at the Serenko-Claar Funeral Home, PC, Portage. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 AM, Thursday at Holy Family Parish, Caldwell Avenue, Portage. Father Thomas Stabile, TOR, celebrant. Committal in Ss. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Portage.
