Jane L. (Ehrenfeld) Kunko

Kunko, Jane L. (Ehrenfeld), 83, of Lilly, passed away,  March 23, 2019 at Memorial Medical Center. Born July 23, 1935 in Lilly, the daughter of Charles and Grace (Laubach) Ehrenfeld.  Deceased family members include her parents; brothers, Charles H. Jr., and Lehman Ehrenfeld; sisters, Myrtle Collins, and Betty Ernest. Survived by husband of 63 years Ted Kunko; and their children, Deborah (Edward) Matosziuk, Hollidaysburg; Pam Berger, Austin, TX; Ted Kunko and wife Cindy, Parkesburg, PA; Mike Kunko and wife Amy, Lilly; Rebecca (Rodney) Edmiston, Duncansville; and Angela Spaid, Lilly; She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren, Melisa, Jason, and Jordan Plunkett, Chelsea Rice, Jeremy Kunko, Miles Berger, Sarah Kunko, Kaitlyn Edmiston, and Alex Eberhart; great grandchildren, Jaden Baker, Gabriel, Emme and Gracie Mae Plunkett; Landon Shellenberger, Kaedyn, Madelyn, Elizabelle, Bentley and Lillian Rice, and Cameron Petak; step grandchildren, Eddie, Mike, Steven, and Lauren Matosziuk; step great grandchildren, Connor, Jake, Riley and Lily Matosziuk; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and special friend Dave Zella. She was a retired cook from Penn Cambria School District and was well known for her Gobs and Sticky Buns. Jane was a member of the Lilly Library; WELCA-Ladies society of St. Lukes Church, Lilly, where she was very devoted to her church and her love of Christ; also volunteered at St. Vincent DePaul; her favorite pastime was playing Pinochle and she loved singing in the choir, spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Friends will be received from 1-2 p.m. Tuesday at the Serenko-Claar Funeral Home, PC, Portage. Funeral Services will be held at 2:30 p.m., Tuesday at St. Lukes Church in Lilly.
