James Lawrence "Jimmy" Wills

Wills, James Lawrence, 46, Portage passed away January 28, 2019 at Memorial Medical Center. Born July 4, 1972 in Johnstown, the son of the late Louis P. Wills, Sr. and Mary Jane (Shingler) Wills. Survived by his mother; brother, Louis Paul Jr., and sister Lacey, wife of Justin Benton, all of Portage. Also  survived by nieces, Alyssa and Sydney and nephew, Gavin. Graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport. Jim was a welder for Lemans Machine Company. Member of the Portage Revolver and Pistol Club, NRA, United Steel Workers, Jamestown Rod and Gun, Benscreek Social and Citizens Club, and Saxton Sportsman Club. Jim had a one of a kind personality with a special wit and everyone who knew him loved him. Friends and family will be received from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the Serenko-Claar Funeral Home, PC, Portage, where funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m., Pastor Gary Shingler officiating. Burial will be in South Fork Cemetery.
