Elizabeth A. "Betty" Yauneridge

Yauneridge, Elizabeth A. "Betty", 96, Portage passed away September 20, 2018 at Memorial Medical Center. Born June 2, 1922 in Portage. Daughter of Karl and Kunegunda "Gandy" (Urbanek) Kasprak. Deceased family members include her parents, husband, George J. Yauneridge, sisters, Maria Hausner, Anna Wasielewski, and Caroline Holton; and brother, Joseph Kasprak. Survived by her daughter, Nancy J. wife of Walter "Laddie" Greczek, Alexandria, VA; and son, Dr. William Yauneridge married to the former Nancy T. Holden, Portage. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren, Elizabeth Greczek, George (Julia) and Karl Yauneridge. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was a skilled seamstress who worked for the the Puritan Foundation and K&B Sportswear. She also enjoyed cooking, crocheting and spending time with her grandchildren. Friends received from 4-8, p.m., Friday at Serenko-Claar Funeral Home, PC, Portage. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at Holy Family Parish, Caldwell Ave., Portage, Father Tom Stabile, T.O.R. Entombment Sacred Heart Mausoleum, Portage.
